FREE FAULT DIAGNOSIS This service can take up to 10 working days and if we are unsuccessful we will make a small postage charge for the return of iPod at a cost of 7.95 pounds, iPhone & iTouch at a cost of 9.95 pounds. All items sent to us for a free diagnosis are sent on the understanding that if it is possible to repair them, we will undertake the repairs based upon our published list of repair charges detailed on this website. Any items which are sent to us, repaired and subsequently not paid for within 30 days will be disposed of or recycled as appropriate.	Free
