All ipods sent to us must have their repairs paid for on request and any ipod that is held in our office for over 30 days without contact from the sender will be disposed of or recycled as appropriate.

Q. How should I send it?

A.  First select model, select repair & fill out the details, Print off the order form & follow post and packing instructions.

Q. Do repairs receive a warranty?

A. All our repairs carry a 60 day warranty.

Q. Do you use genuine Apple parts?

A. All screens are genuine Apple components batteries are the highest capacity available sometimes offering longer playing time than is normal

Q. Do repairs void my Apple warranty?

A. Any repairs not carried out by Apple void Ipod warranty however we do provide a full 60 day warranty for the repairs carried out

Q. Will i lose any data stored?

A. It is always  a good idea to back up any data as although it is very rare we cannot be held responsible for any data lost.

Q. How do we return your ipod/iphone?

A. All ipods & iphones are sent recorded signed for registered post unless either premium service which is royal mail special delivery or request is made for special delivery. We strongly recommend that you use special delivery for an additional cost of £6.99

Delivery policy

We pride ourselves on our rapid order fulfilment capabilities, and seek to complete all repairs within 5 days at most. However delays are occasionally inevitable due to circumstances out of our control, and time for delivery shall not be of the essence. If we have not delivered your iPod within 28 days of expected delivery then you will be notified by email and given the opportunity to cancel the contract. We will refund any money paid by you without reasonable delay.

Spares are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the part, we will inform you of this as soon as we possibly can. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the repair. Delivery Times (75%) arrive within 2 working days. Items are not considered "lost" until 14 days after despatch. In most cases, items ordered before 10am Monday-Friday will be despatched same day. However, at peak times we may not be able to achieve this.

We keep proof of postage for all items.

Any item which is sent out registered post and not by royal mail special delivery is only insured for up to 39 pounds, we will not be held responsible for any further loss or damage, we encourage the use of special delivery as this ensures insurance in transit for up to 500 pounds loss or damage.

Refund replacement and cancellation policy

We will honour your right to cancel under the Distance Selling Regulations (2000). You have 7 days in which to notify us that you wish to cancel, and the 7 days commences the day after receipt of the goods. This is your statutory "cooling off period". You may notify us of your cancellation by email. You are responsible for returning the goods to us and the cost of so doing. You must take reasonable care of the goods. Goods which cannot be resold as new will be rejected for refund and returned to you. We reserve our right to charge a restocking fee of 15% of the goods, excluding shipping, where the goods are not faulty.

Unclaimed iPods

Any iPods that are sent in for repair and left unpaid for 30 days will be disposed of or recycled as appropriate and there are no exceptions.
