All ipods sent to us must have their repairs paid for on request and any ipod that is held in our office for over 30 days without contact from the sender will be disposed of or recycled as appropriate. All our repairs carry a 60 day warranty. Q. Do you use genuine Apple parts?A. Any repairs not carried out by Apple void Ipod warranty however we do provide a full 60 day warranty for the repairs carried out Q. Will i lose any data stored?A. It is always a good idea to back up any data as although it is very rare we cannot be held responsible for any data lost. Q. How do we return your ipod/iphone?A. All ipods & iphones are sent recorded signed for registered post unless either premium service which is royal mail special delivery or request is made for special delivery.
