A.  First select model, select repair & fill out the details, Print off the order form & follow post and packing instructions.

Q. Do repairs receive a warranty?

A. All our repairs carry a 90 day warranty.

Q. Do you use genuine Apple parts?

A. All screens are genuine Apple components batteries are the highest capacity available sometimes offering longer playing time than is normal

Q. Do repairs void my Apple warranty?

A. Any repairs not carried out by Apple void Ipod warranty however we do provide a full 90 day warranty for the repairs carried out

Q. Will i lose any data stored?

A. It is always  a good idea to back up any data as although it is very rare we cannot be held responsible for any data lost.

Q. How do we return your ipod/iphone?

A. All ipods & iphones are sent recorded signed for registered post unless either premium service which is royal mail special delivery or request is made for special delivery. We strongly recommend that you use special delivery for an additional cost of 3.95.
